Privacy Policy

When you send an inquiry or sign up for availability alerts, we store the details you enter (name, email, phone, message, dates and how you heard about us) to reply to you. We email them to our team; we do not sell them.

Google Ads measurement

On obsidianautosfl.com we use Google Ads (Google LLC) to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. When an inquiry is successfully sent, we tell Google only that a conversion happened, with a random reference number. We never send your name, email, phone, message or referral answer, and we remove anything after "?" in page addresses. Google may set a cookie that remembers the ad you clicked. We do not use this for personalised advertising or customer matching.

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are not tracked. If we can't tell your region, nothing loads unless you choose "Allow". Browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal are not tracked.

Your choices

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time; it applies to future visits and other open tabs.
